About the Position:

We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide support to our team by managing scheduling, HR, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO and other senior executives with administrative tasks, including managing calendars, emails, and travel arrangements.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure effective communication and efficient task completion.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, clients, and partners to keep everyone updated on the latest developments and meet expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify issues and develop innovative solutions to ensure continuous progress for the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a virtual assistant or project manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Natural problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while prioritizing quality and efficiency.
  • Availability to work from 1pm-10pm IST.
